Hello Dear Friends -
Today’s podcast shares a short letter by Mavis Karn, a professional counselor and teacher. She wrote the letter as a gift to a class of boys who were incarcerated. Mavis was teaching them a truth that no one had ever shared and what everyone needs to hear.
They were whole, complete people who were born with the powerful tool of thought with which to create their own experience of their lives. They were…given the gift of senses in order for their thinking to come to life and guide them in the use of it.
The letter that I share on the podcast found its way into the adult prison and it curculated quickly. One of the inmates asked if he could put it in the form of a poster. Somehow, that poster has been reproduced and shared throughout the world.
All because it spoke the truth about us - as whole, perfect and complete beings having a human experience.
Mavis has a YouTube channel called “Divine Engeneering.” Take a moment and listen to her speak and you will feel the truth of her reflected in you.
Use today to begin to live from your authenticity and your soul, not the stories made up in your mind. As you spend more time listening within, your “problems” will no longer eclipse the truth of you.
You are whole, perfect, and complete.
Your thoughts are not who you are.
Your thoughts are tools to create your life.
Breathe that in as you surrender fear and accept love.
