Instead of setting goals, why not allow your heart to lead you?
Your heart holds wisdom and love. When you intentionally energize your heart with your breath, the doubts fall away and you know you are worthy.
You also know you are loved.
Isn’t that what we are searching for, outside of ourselves? To be seen and heard and to be loved?
Your heart holds all the love you can ever receive. Your heart is the bridge to the unseen energy of Life that surrounds you in every moment. As you open your heart and allow love energy to flow in, your questions are answered.
You are supposed to be here, sharing your unique perspective and laugh.
You have something valuable to contribute — only you can bring it to the collective table of humanity.
There is nothing wrong with you. You are not damaged. In the heart space, you are whole, perfect, and complete.
Lean in and listen to your heart. Your mind will protest, but soon it will quiet its chatter as you discover the bliss of living from your heart.
