The last three years has been unsettling, unnerving, and unrelenting. Fear has taken over governments, the media, and individuals. It’s all about protection and competition, instead of collaboration and cooperation.
The fear virus is more destructive than any physical virus.
How do you step out of fear?

It’s all about the choices you make in each moment. Do you listen to fear and its progeny - worry, doubt, judgment, and hatred? Or do you take a deep breath and step back into love?
Fear always separates. It always destroys and demeans.
Love always unites. It always connects and creates more of itself.
When you become aware of fear energy v. love energy, you begin to raise your consciousness. When you see the consequences of choosing fear or love, you will become more committed to the higher choice.
It’s a moment by moment creation. Breath by breath.
Remember, just because a fearful thought crosses your mind, you don’t have to accept it as true. When you feel your body react to fear, turn away and settle yourself in joy and gratitude. At the end of the day, you will discover that fear is the illusion and love is your reality.
And therein lies your freedom.
