We are constantly in a battle of energy. It’s not an external struggle; instead, it takes place internally and in every moment.

You always have a choice between fear v. love.

When did you follow fear? How did it turn out? I know when I use fear energy to make decisions, it never turns out well. Instead, I am left conflicted, discouraged, and resentful. When I use love energy instead, peace and calm become my companions.
