Hello Empowered Wayers!
Welcome to Day 2 of the Money Tree Interviews. You will immediately recognize “wanting energy,” especially at this time of year.
Allow Flow’s loving energy to fill your spirit with a different kind of energy.
Blessings,
Kathryn
Day 2: What Would You Ask a Money Tree?
In the book, “The Money Tree: Transform Scarcity Thinking to Empowered Wealth Consciousness,” we meet the hero and narrator, Flow. She used to be in bliss, but now she faces the challenging mission of living in time and space.
Us: Thank you Flow, for agreeing to teach us your wealth principles over the next 30 days. Yesterday, we touched on “wanting energy” and that topic really resonated. Can you tell us why?
Flow: I didn’t understand “wanting” energy when I first learned about it. It was a mystery, because I have everything I need, so why would I want anything?
Us: But you knew that “wanting energy” was the cause of so much pain, anger, and frustration around money, didn’t you?
Flow: Yes - that’s when I realized that I needed to experience it for myself, so I could show others how to step away from that energy and back into love.
Us: You almost got stuck in “wanting energy” didn’t you?
Flow: (Laughing softly, shaking her limbs slightly). It’s a deceptively dangerous energy that draws you in, until you believe that you can’t be happy until you get what you want. (Sigh) I stepped away from that energy because my friend, Sapling, called me back to myself.
Us: We love Sapling! She has such a sweet nature…and she adores you.
Flow: Yes, we have a special bond that is rooted deep in the earth and open to the expansive energy of love.
Us: That’s the key to everything, isn’t it? Being rooted and connected to love?
Flow: Yes! (murmuring to herself) I don’t understand why that is such a difficult concept for humans.
Us: We heard that. Do humans lose that connection because of “wanting” energy?
Flow: That is what I discovered. “Wanting” energy even fooled me - and I know better!
Us: Why is “wanting” energy so powerful?
Flow: It entices you to believe that your happiness lies outside of you. That some person, object, or situation is the only solution to your misery. That you are helpless and stuck, until you achieve that goal, find that person, or buy that thing. (Shivers) It’s a trick of the ego.
Us: We are going to talk about the ego in future interviews, right?
Flow: (laughing) Of course! Until tomorrow…
